1. Warranty Overview

All Wooden Artistic furniture and décor products are crafted with care and attention to detail.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials.

Every product purchased directly from Wooden Artistic comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our 12-Month Limited Warranty covers the following components:

2.1 Fabric Durability

  • Protection against fabric tearing, pilling, or seam separation under normal indoor use.
  • Covers abnormal color fading due to manufacturing or dyeing defects.

2.2 Wood Quality

  • Assurance that the wooden structure will remain free from cracking, warping, or termite damage caused by manufacturing or material defects.

2.3 Joints and Construction

  • Warranty against loosening, breaking, or structural failure of joints and frames under normal residential conditions.

2.4 Polish and Finish

  • Covers abnormal fading, peeling, or surface degradation of the product polish or finish under normal indoor use.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, stains, or changes in texture.
  2. Natural variations in wood grain, color tone, or handcrafted finish.
  3. Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, rough handling, or accidents.
  4. Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, water, or heat sources.
  5. Fabric damage due to spills, cleaning chemicals, pets, or sharp objects.
  6. Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than Wooden Artistic.
  7. Commercial or outdoor use of furniture unless explicitly stated as suitable.

4. Claim Process

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, please contact us within the warranty period.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, not installation.
  • Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • Any product replaced under warranty becomes the property of Wooden Artistic.

To ensure your furniture lasts for years:

  • Keep products in a dry indoor environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning — avoid harsh chemicals or wet wipes.
  • Avoid dragging heavy furniture; lift it while moving.
  • Use coasters, mats, and covers to prevent stains or scratches.

7. Legal Disclaimer

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
In no event shall Wooden Artistic be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use the product.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
