All our furniture and décor products are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural.
Product photos are for representation only; actual products may vary slightly due to wood grain, lighting, and screen settings.
These natural differences do not qualify as defects.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received through our secure payment gateway.
5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Since most items are custom-made to order, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as production or dispatch may already have started.
Wooden Artistic reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical issues.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type and destination.
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances).
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Wooden Artistic will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Our products are handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch.
However, if your item is damaged during delivery, we are happy to assist.
7.1 Reporting Delivery Damage
Customers must report any delivery damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Photos and a short video showing the damage
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
7.2 Replacement Policy
Replacement is provided only for products damaged during delivery.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, invoices, and courier slips.
After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement within 15 working days after inspection.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, preferences, or minor variations in handcrafted products.
Refunds are only issued when:
The product was damaged during delivery, and
A replacement cannot be provided
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

8. Product Variations and Handmade Disclaimer
Each piece made by Wooden Artistic is unique due to its handcrafted nature and use of natural materials.
Small differences in color tone, texture, or finish add to its authenticity.
Such natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Packaging for Returns
Customers must retain the original packaging until the return or replacement process is complete.
If unavailable, the customer is responsible for secure repacking to prevent damage during reverse shipping.
Wooden Artistic will not be responsible for further damage caused by poor repacking.
10. Delivery Damage Protocol
Inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, please note “PENDING INSPECTION” or “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
We recommend taking an unboxing video to support any claim.
11. Intellectual Property
All text, images, product designs, and website content are the exclusive property of Wooden Artistic.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Wooden Artistic is not responsible for:
Delays caused by logistics or external factors beyond our control.
