Return, Refund & Damage Policy

At Wooden Artistic, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, handcrafted furniture and décor. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.


Damage During Delivery or Wrong Item Received

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Share clear digital photos and a video showing the issue.

  • Email the details to: woodenartistic@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-82096-36196.

Replacement Process

  1. Our support team will respond with return instructions.

  2. We’ll arrange a return pick-up through our trusted logistics partner.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched within 15 days.


Return Conditions

  • All returned products must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Packed with original materials, tags, invoice, courier slip, etc.

  • Please retain the original packaging until your return period is over.

  • If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for safe and secure repacking.


Important Notes

  • Customers must inform us about any return or refund request within 24 hours of receiving the delivered product.

  • Replacement is offered only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued at our discretion.


Refund Policy

As most of our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or non-damage reasons.

Refunds are considered only:

  • If the product is received with irreparable damage

  • And a suitable replacement is not possible

In such rare cases:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection


Color & Finish Disclaimer

Our products are photographed under professional lighting. Actual product color/texture may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting at your home

  • Device screen settings

  • Natural variations in wood and fabric

Minor differences do not qualify as defects or reasons for return.


Delivery Damage Protocol

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier.

  • If the box looks damaged, mention “PENDING INSPECTION” or “DAMAGED” on the delivery note.

  • Take a video while unboxing for added clarity if issues arise.
