1. Overview

At Wooden Artistic, every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring quality and uniqueness.
Each product is carefully inspected before shipping, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.
This policy explains how to request a replacement or refund in case of delivery damage.


2. Reporting Delivery Damage (Within 48 Hours)

If your product arrives damaged or broken during delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To report the issue:

  1. Email woodenartistic@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9602831565

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos and a short video showing the damage

    • A brief description of the problem

Note: Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.


3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only if the product is received damaged during delivery.

Conditions for replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, invoices, courier receipts, and accessories must be included.

  • Our team will inspect the submitted photos/videos before approving replacement.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.

  • A replacement item will be dispatched within 15 working days after the damaged item is received and inspected.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, personal dislike, or natural variations in handcrafted items.

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The item was damaged during transit, and

  • A replacement cannot be provided

Refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected


5. Packaging for Return Pickup

Please retain the original packaging until your return or replacement is complete.
If unavailable, you must securely re-pack the product to prevent further damage during pickup.
Wooden Artistic will not be responsible for damage caused due to improper repacking.


6. Delivery Inspection Guidelines

To ensure smooth claim processing:

  • Inspect the item at delivery in front of the courier.

  • If the outer box is visibly damaged, mark “PENDING INSPECTION” or “DAMAGED” on the delivery note.

  • We recommend taking an unboxing video as evidence.


7. Color & Finish Disclaimer

All Wooden Artistic products are handcrafted from natural materials.
Slight differences in color, grain, texture, or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
Such variations do not qualify as defects or reasons for replacement/refund.
