Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be provided.
This policy is designed to align with international e-commerce practices, including customers in the United States and Europe, while respecting applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Product Nature & Manufacturing Time
All furniture is handmade and customized. Therefore, the manufacturing process typically takes 14–21 days before dispatch.
Each piece is unique and may include natural variations in wood grain, texture, and finish.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- The product is received in a defective condition
3. Return Request Timeline
- Customers must submit a return or refund request within 7 days of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law
4. Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective product
- Images of the packaging (if applicable)
This helps us verify the issue and take appropriate action.
5. Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and verified, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the damaged or defective product, or
- Full or partial refund, depending on the situation
The final resolution will be determined at our discretion, in accordance with the nature of the issue and applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or size due to the handmade and customized nature of the product
- Products that match approved specifications but do not meet subjective expectations
- Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Change of mind after delivery (subject to applicable local consumer laws, if any)
7. Customized Products
As most of our products are made-to-order and customized, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This aligns with international practices, including exceptions under EU consumer laws for personalized goods.
8. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or an agreed alternative
9. Shipping Charges
- All prices include shipping, applicable taxes, and duties (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)
- No additional or separate shipping refunds will be provided
- In case of approved returns, we will guide you through the return process
10. Customer Rights
- Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected
- EU customers may have additional rights under local regulations, subject to exemptions for customized goods
