Warranty Policy

At Woodenartistic Industrial Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted and customized furniture. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, terms, and conditions applicable to our products and is aligned with international practices, including customers in the United States and Europe.


1. Product Nature & Manufacturing Time

All furniture is handmade and customized. Therefore, the manufacturing process typically takes 14–21 days before dispatch.

Due to the handcrafted nature, each product is unique and may include natural variations.


2. Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural issues under normal residential use

3. Warranty Period

  • The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

4. What is Covered

This warranty includes:

  • Structural integrity of the furniture (e.g., frame, joints, core construction)
  • Defects resulting from faulty craftsmanship or manufacturing

5. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, fading, fabric wear)
  • Natural variations in color, grain, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature
  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (humidity, sunlight, heat, or water damage)
  • Damage during transit (covered separately under our Return & Refund Policy if reported within 7 days)
  • Repairs, modifications, or alterations made by unauthorized persons

6. Customized Products

As our furniture is made-to-order and handcrafted, slight variations are inherent and not considered defects.

The warranty applies only to genuine manufacturing or structural faults and not to aesthetic preferences or expected variations.


7. Claim Process

8. Resolution

The chosen resolution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue and applicable consumer laws.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Consumer Rights

  • This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws
  • For EU customers, this does not affect your legal guarantee rights under applicable EU directives
  • For US customers, state-specific consumer protection laws may apply

11. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
